Anne Frank Memorial Garden

SDL was commissioned by the Town of Huntington to design and build a memorial garden in a local park to commemorate Anne Frank’s life.  After carefully analyzing the topography and existing vegetation of the particular area of the park where the garden was to be situated, a design was created that would meld the memorial into its surrounds.  We were responsible for every aspect of the design and installation of this project, always keeping in mind that our goal was to create a garden tribute to Anne Frank.  All hardscapes were built to signify a journey through the life of Anne Frank and represent her unwavering hope for the future.
