The Brooklyner

The rooftop deck we installed on the 51st floor of the new tallest tower in Brooklyn is a serene space where residents can enjoy breathtaking views of the city.  For those who desire a more casual outdoor meeting place, we also constructed a communal garden on the 4th floor.  This warm, inviting space is reminiscent of classic beer gardens and brownstone backyards.  The large firepit in the center of the garden makes this a space where tenants can gather year round.
